Pau Gasol will travel with the Lakers to Houston, but left the arena on crutches and wearing a walking boot after rolling his left ankle on Friday. X-rays were negative.
He could miss multiple games with the injury, but we should know more on Sunday. He rolled the same ankle in training camp for the Grizzlies and it took him 10 days to recover. Consider him doubtful for Sunday and he may not play at Dallas or Utah, either.

Andrew Bogut wasn't in the Bucks lineup on Saturday because of a deep bruise on his left thigh. He is considered day-to-day. Bogut was having trouble bending his leg on Friday, so keep him benched until we hear some positive news. Dan Gadzuric replaced him in the starting lineup but won't interest most owners as a short-term option.

Dirk Nowitzki's injury could cost him at least two weeks, according to unofficial speculation. There is no diagnosis yet, and the Mavericks continue to call it a "lower left leg" injury, without specifying whether Dirk hurt his ankle, knee or both. "I fell awkwardly and my left leg got caught underneath me," Dirk said via an uninformative press release. "I am going to get re-evaluated in the morning, and I hope to have more information then." If this tentative two-week return date holds, the Mavs have a legitimate shot of missing the playoffs.

Jetzt auch noch der Knöchel von Aldridge. Ohne Trade hätte ich innerhalb der letzten 7 Tage 4 Verletzte. Das geht mir langsam echt auf die Ketten. Hoffen wir mal, dass Aldridge bald wieder spielt.

Beno Udrih (lower back strain) returned from a three-game absence on Monday, but he played just 10 minutes before aggravating his injury and leaving. This is bad news for owners that started him based on his targeted return today. Udrih, who has been excellent in March, had his minutes divvied among Anthony Johnson and Francisco Garcia during his last absence. Kings coach Reggie Theus said that Udrih will be day-to-day.
Sonics forward Chris Wilcox won't play on Monday because of his aggravated pinkie injury. He went to a hand specialist on Monday afternoon and should know how much time he'll miss later in the day. We're not holding out much hope for Wilcox -- this is a second opinion he's getting, and if it's the same as the first his season is likely over. Nick Collison will be asked to carry the load for the Sonics front-court and is a worthy fantasy pickup in most formats.

His status for Tuesday's game is unclear, but hopefully we'll hear an update following today's shoot-around. If he can't suit up, reserve forwards like Travis Outlaw and Channing Frye should see extended minutes.

Until MRI results are known, here is Hedo's take: "I hope it's just a sprain. I hope it's not something like it was broken and keeps me away."
